Some of the typical job functions EML provides to Clients include:

• Site evaluations for compliance with regulatory requirements under the authorities of CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, OSHA, local ordinances and other environmental statutes.

• Secured creditor environmental assessments.

• Site evaluations for new site selection (e.g.; is the client buying a problem; what are the environmental considerations; etc.).

• Regulatory services (e.g.; interpretations, consent orders, fines and penalty negotiations, etc.).

• Policy and Procedures Manuals.  Training Programs.  Regulatory Compliance Plans.

• Public relations (for environmentally sensitive issues).

• Sampling and Analysis Plans (wastewater, groundwater, indoor air quality, hazardous/non-hazardous waste, etc.).

• Liaison between the Client and regulatory agencies.

• Project management including liaison between the Client and contractors (site assessments and remediations, tank closures, plant closures, asbestos and lead abatement projects, etc.)
